| Texas Master Gardener - Painting Texas with Wildflowers Project - September 11, 2008 - To encourage gardeners to plant and conserve wildflowers throughout the state so that the public will appreciative and gain a better understanding of the beauty of Texas. This project is coordinated by Texas Master Gardeners,Victoria Master Gardeners and TXDOT. Bill Kerwin TXDOT, Garey Wylie President of Texas Master Gardener's Association and several local officals.
