Auditions will be held on Sunday, June 1 at 6:00 pm for kids ages, 5 to 13; and, on Monday, June 2 at 7:00 pm for adults and young adults, ages 14 and above. Auditions will be held at the Leo J. Welder Center for the Performing Arts. All roles are open including Joseph, the Narrator, Pharaoh, Potiphar, Jacob, Joseph’s 11 brothers and their wives, completed by a full children’s chorus. Those auditioning should prepare 16 bars of a song from a musical. They will also be asked to learn a short dance combination. Callbacks will be held on Tuesday evening, June 3. Scott Mohon, the theatre’s executive director, will direct. Music direction is by Beverly Cheshire.

To assist those interested in auditioning for this musical, Joseph audition workshops will be held Tuesday evening, May 27 at 7:00 pm for kids and Wednesday evening, May 28 at 7:00 pm for young adults and adults. You will be taught a few bars from a song from the show and a short dance combination. Attending either workshop is not a requirement for attending the auditions on June 1st and 2nd.
