| Texas Radio 98.7 & Schroeder Dance Hall - 7th Annual Mardi Gras & Gumbo Cook Off - February 2, 2008 - Gates open at 10:00 am, Check-in Noon, judging begins at 4:00 pm, awards announced at 7:00 pm. Cold beer, smokin' zydeco music, and the biggest gumbo cookoff around. Two Tons of Steel, Rosie Ledet & the Zydeco Playboys and Mark Jungers will take the stage in Schroeder Hall.
