2011 VETERANS DAY PARADE - VICTORIA COUNTY VETERANS COUNCIL - VETERANS DAY PARADE AND CEREMONY - FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 2011 - The Victoria County Veterans Council has planed the 2011 Veterans Day Parade. This event will return to the traditional site in downtown Victoria . The parade kicks-off at 10:00AM on Friday, November 11 and proceeds past DeLeon Plaza . The traditional Veterans Day ceremony will start after the parade at 11AM on the Victoria County Courthouse steps. Mayor Will Armstrong will be the guest speaker.
