| The Nave Museum, "Mel Chin: The Funk and Wag from A to Z," Kids and Young Adults Tour - September 2, 2011, 4 pm. Mel Chin hosts a guided tour of his exhibit featuring an installation adorning the outside façade of the historic Nave building, hundreds of collages filling the interior walls (all derived from a complete set of the 1953 edition of the Funk and Wagnall’s Encyclopedia), and a room-sized sculptural homage to three artists: Louise Bourgeois, Jesse Lott, and Madeline O’Connor of Victoria.
