Small businesses are the backbone of the community and the Chamber.  On July, 26th at the UHV Multi-purpose Room from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, the Victoria Chamber of Commerce will start a new quarterly series called Building Better Businesses.  Our goal is to provide our members with information that can help them with their businesses.  It is free to our members and $100 for non-chamber members.

Our first session will be entitled, "Does Your Employee Need Child Care Assistance".  After surveying our membership, this topic was the one that produced the most interest.  We are partnering with Workforce Solutions of the Golden Crescent to bring you this workshop.

Strong businesses build a strong community and we want to make sure that the Chamber is working with our members to provide you with information that can help.

Remember, we have a ribbon cutting July 7th at CalCom Federal Credit Union located at 2708 N. John Stockbauer starting at 10:00 am.  Ribbon cuttings are a great way to network and show community support for our members.  So come out and join us.
