Museum of the Coastal Bend – Heart and Soul Gallery Opening Reception – June 23, 2011 starting at 5:00 pm at 2200 E. Red River.  MCB, in partnership with the State of Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (Region 11), Golden Crescent CASA and Devereux Texas – Victoria , presents this traveling exhibit featuring photos of foster children in the state’s conservatorship.  MCB served as a backdrop for some of these photographs.
