| The grand opening concert of the new Victoria Fine Arts Center will be held on February 3 at 7:00 p.m. at
1002 Sam Houston Drive in
Victoria
. The concert will feature band, choral, dance and theater groups from Victoria East and Victoria West High Schools; a presentation of the first-ever inductees into the Victoria ISD Hall of Honor--Mr. Fred Junkin, VISD faculty alumnus, and Mr. Jerry Junkin, Victoria High School alumnus; and a special finale performance by the University of Texas Wind Ensemble which will be conducted by Mr. Jerry Junkin.
