| Victoria Public Library - Teen Winter Reading Program – December 1, 2010 – January 31, 2011 at 302 N. Main. Celebrate the holidays by cozying up with a good book. During the months of December and January, VPL is rewarding teens who read. Beginning December 1, stop by the VPL Information desk or go to the website, www.victoriapubliclibrary.org, for a reading log. Turn in the reading log by January 31st for a chance to win a $50 grand prize. All teen participants will receive a $5 gift card.
