Victoria Adult Literacy Council’s - Wine Social - August 3, 2010, -Come enjoy great food, stimulating conversation, and a fabulous silent auction while supporting the Victoria Adult Literacy Council’s efforts to increase literacy in the Victoria and surrounding areas. Your evening will start with a Social from to where you will enjoy a variety of cheese, fruit, and one of our favorite frozen drinks, the Bellini. After being seated, you and your guests will then be served four courses that include a Cherry and Apple Balsamic Salad, Chicken Dijon Pasta, and Grilled Chicken Romesco. We will conclude your evening with a mousse infused Raspberry Tiramisu. Each course is paired with a wine that compliments the flavor of each dish and coffee is available with dessert. Proceeds benefit local residents with programs that improve the quality of their lives through literacy. Tickets are $60 each.
