Victoria Public Library  - Summer Reading Program – June 7 – August 4.  Mad Lib @ Your Library, Summer Reading Program (SRP) is a FREE program aimed at encouraging children to read during the summer. The SRP program is  open to infants through 5th graders.  Registration begins June 7.  Children will receive reading logs to keep track of their reading time, and will receive a library buck for every 1 hour of reading to redeem for prizes.  Programs include crafts, storytelling, puppet shows, music and games.  302 N.
