Golden Crescent and Blind Courage – Stephen Tompkins of the National Federation of the Blind – March 11, 2010 from 2:00p. to 4:00 pm in the Sam Houston Room at 120 S. Main. Mr. Tompkins will speak about Newsline. Newsline is a newspaper reading service provided by the National Federation of the Blind. It uses the telephone or a computer to allow those with print disabilities to read over 300 newspapers from across the country.
