| Don't miss the fourth seminar in a four-part HR Breakfast Series set for April 18, 2007 focusing on "Dealing with Difficult People." For the first time in history, there are four generations in the workplace and a strong emphasis on individualization. How do you deal with the differences? Do you know what your communication style is? Do you think about the communication styles of others? This workshop identifies unwanted behaviors and describes different styles of communication offering strategies to turn conflict into cooperation.
Each seminar will be held from 8:00am-12:00pm, with breakfast & registration starting at 8:00am. The event will be held in the UH-V Multi-purpose room. Cost to attend is $50 per seminar.
